Korren op de Oosterschelde; een zoogdierpaleontoloog als visser en wat de fossielen van de Oosterschelde ons vertellen

Early and Late Pleistocene fossils from the Eastern-Schelde are since more than 40 years trawled from the bottom by the society "KOR en BOT". The faunal composition consists of species like Homotherium sp., Mammuthus meridionalis, Anancus arvernensis, Stephanorhinus cf. etruscus, Equus bressanus, Pliocrocuta perrieri. The species found, their age and the environmental conditions are discussed.
