Enige praktische wenken voor de amateur-mineraloog

In Holland most amateur-geologists are less interested in the mineralogy, which can be explained by the absence of real mineral-deposits in this country. Nevertheless a growing interest in the mineralogy nowadays manifests itself. This article is meant to be a guide for the beginning mineralogist. Starting an own collection is assumed to be the best and most attractive way of getting some experience in this field. Various ways of systematical collecting and of enlarging ones collection are dealt with.
