The elution pattern of lAA-oxidase, peroxidase and polyphenoloxidase after filtration of crude pea root extract through Sephadex G 100 columns is affected by the pretreatment of the extract and also by the effluent. The changes are the same for all three enzymes. The lAA-oxidase activity and the polyphenoloxidase activity are strongly inhibited by DIECA, but the peroxidase activity is unaffected by it.
