The new sp. is described and illustrated from a single <J (holotype; Hoa Binh prov., Cue Phuong National Park, 2-VI-I998; deposited at Kanagawa Prefectural Mus. Nat. Hist., Odawara, Japan). It is similar to P. chiengmaiensis Asah., from Thailand, from which it is distinguished by more slender and strongly bent superior appendages and by a different shape of the inferior appendages.
