De uitvoering van de Boring Zuurland nabij Brielle

Some general information on the methods and results of a manual boring made by the author is given. ’Boring Zuurland’ (see map fig. 2) by now has reached a depth of about 100 m below ground level. The photographs with this article show some finds belonging to insectivores and rodents held to be of Tiglian age. Detailed accounts of this boring in all its aspects were and will be published during its progress (1985: 0 – 20 m; 1986: 40 – 60 m).
