Vestalis anne spec. nov., a new species of the V. amoena group from Thailand and Burma (Zygoptera: Calopterygidae)

V. anne sp. n. (holotypeallotype?; SaiYok Yai waterfalls, Kanchanaburi prov., Thailand) is described and illustrated, and compared with V. amoena Sel, Males of these species are distinguished by the shape of anal appendages and colouration of head.
