Spiranthes Rich. in the Netherlands In recent years several Spiranthes species were found in the Netherlands. This article describesthe sites of these species and presents relevés of the vegetation types in which S. cernua s.l. and S lucida occur. For each Spiranthes species the distribution in the Netherlands, Belgium and elsewhere in the world is given. Their differentiating morphological features are given as well. Furthermore the identification of S. aestivalis by Kreutz (2014) is explained.
