The import of plants and animals by the transport of goods is an increasing problem. As an example, arachnids which have come in with transporting raw materials from Dürrenäsch in Switzerland to Papendrecht in the Netherlands. In total, 71 arachnids were collected and identified in half a year, divided into 42 species in 14 families. The large variety of species imported through this mode of transport should make us aware of the ample possibilities of unintentional travelling by species, common ones as well as exotic species.
