Corrections of some names of Rubus L. (Rosaceae)

A few names of Rubus taxa occurring in the Netherlands or France were incorrectly applied or illegitimate. To provide a solid base for the correct application names, relevant names that hitherto have not been correctly typified are typified here. A new species, Rubus rhamnophyllus, was published to accomodate Rubus rhamnifolius auct. non Weihe & Nees. Two illegitimate names were replaced by new names (R. megistus, R. postumus).
