Once more Girdled snails Hygromia cinctella in Purmerend

Additional localities of the Girdled snail Hygromia cinctella (Draparnaud, 1801), Fam. Hygromiidae, are given from Purmerend, North-Holland, the Netherlands. This invasive species is now known from 44 localities in that town. A list of plants is given on which the Girdled snail is often seen resting. Damage has been recorded from Dahlias (Dahlia), Plantain lilies (Hosta) and Ice plants (Sedum).
