On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Netherlands Malacological Society (NMV) an article was published with an overview of all activities related to jubilees and homage to members of the NMV. Afterwards it appeared that this overview was not complete. Hence, the present text with a few additions. Finally, it is commented that for the NMV two different English translations, Dutch or Netherlands Malacological Society, are used in the publications of the NMV. This confusing situation requires a final and correct choice by the NMV-board.
