Distribution of Heleobia stagnorum (Gmelin, 1791) on Walcheren

In 2012 Walcheren, a peninsula in the province of Zeeland, was examined for the occurrence of Heleobia stagnorum. The species was recovered only from the eastem part of Rammekenskreek, in spite of the fact that more brackish biotopes were identified which seemed suitable for Heleobia stagnorum.
