On October 19, 2013 ten members of the Netherlands Malacological Society (NMV) and some guests surveyed Harderbroek, a nature reserve in the province of Flevoland near the coast of the Wolderwijd (opposite Harderwijk). A total of 23 land mollusc species (18 snails and 5 slugs) and 14 freshwater molluscs (12 snails and 2 mussels) was recorded. A surprise was the recovery of the species Aplexa hypnorum. Also two species known from brackish water were collected, probably dating back to the time when this area was still connected to the sea.
