Vondst van een doublet van de Chinese zwanenmossel Sinanodonta woodiana in Wageningen, op de oever van de Neder-Rijn

A record of a fresh Sinanodonta woodiana doublet from the right bank of the River Rhine in Wageningen, the Netherlands, is presented. No other records of this species are known from this river system. The only known Dutch population of Sinanodonta woodiana is present in the Valley of the Donge rivulet in Tilburg. From this site three specimens were recorded in the period 2011-2013. Current status of the presumed population at that site is unknown due to lack of recent research.
