Some impressions of the activity called ‘Bring your shell’ are given. The event was part of a nationwide activity of the Netherlands’ Malacological Society for those interested in shells to help them to identify their shells collected in any place of the world. On November 1, 2014 the event took place in Lelystad, of which a short impression is given.
