The moths of Bonaire have been poorly studied, with only four recorded species. As a first step to address this knowledge gap an inventory has been made material collected between October 2022 and March 2023. The inventory resulted in records of 146 species of which 143 are new to the island. Of these 146 species 75 could be identified to species level while the others could be identified to the genus or family level only. It is likely that several of these species are new to science.
