Fossil shells from the Dutch coast II, part 11. Conoidea
Spirula , Volume 409 p. 28- 48
In this paper we treat the fossil Conoidea from the Dutch beaches and estuaries. In total we recognise 45 taxa, 18 more than in the last inventory from 1957-1964. Most Conoidea species derive from Neogene deposits and some are of Quaternary age. Several species that might still be found are briefly treated.
