Monitoring landslakken op het Vuurtorenduin bij IJmuiden

In 2014 and 2016 small species of terrestrial land molluscs were monitored with the purpose to find the Narrow whorl snail Vertigo angustior on dunes between the two piers of IJmuiden. The target species could not be found. In the surroundings the White garden snail Theba pisana was found, a species which is expanding its area in the Netherlands along the coast.
