Myosotella denticulata (Montagu, 1803), Myosotella myosotis (Draparnaud, 1801) and Auriculinella bidentata (Montagu, 1808) are known to live at locations in the province of Zeeland and the Wadden sea area. But occasionally shells of these species are found on beaches in the province of Zuid-Holland, with no populations of them known to live nearby. Possibly these specimens are supplied by sea currents originating from other places.
