In extensive collections, the manual writing of labels can be a time consuming and cumbersome job. In the first part of this article a method was described to record data in the field and to create a database from these observations. This second part provides a workflow for the generation of printed labels in Microsoft Word starting from a database in Microsoft Excel. The approach described here is one of the many possible methods to do this.
