Elona quimperiana (Blainville, 1821) spotted again!
Spirula , Volume 424 p. 50- 51
As a reaction to the paper of K. Peeters in Spirula 41my own experiences with E. quimperiana on paper. Where the author lives (ca. 20 km west of Guingamp, Côtes-d'Armor, Brittany2 I have put , France) this species is relatively common. Described is a population which thrived in a small garbage-dump at my neighbour's house. Here it appeared to be far more common than in more natural environments.
