De meteoriet van 'Kediri' en Een beschouwing over tektieten

A description is given of a meteorite which was found in 1940 on the island of Java (Indonesia), and of which a few fragments could be saved for the Netherlands. One hundred and seventy-five grams is exposed at the Teylers Museum in Haarlem. A description of the phenomena of meteorites in general is given as well. As second chapter something is being said of Tektites, and a theoretical view is given of the possibility of catching these objects by the earth.
