The presence of deposits of the Enschede Formation (Lower Pleistocene; with a.o. Fennos candian and Thuringian sediment provenance) is reported from a temporary outrop in the younger eastern one of the two ice-pushed zones in the Gooi region, The Netherlands. These fluvial deposits have been moved upwards at least 75 m by the Saalian inland ice operating east of the area.
