Laat-Pleistocene en holocene paardachtigen uit Nederlandse vindplaatsen en de Noordzee

Late Pleistocene and Holocene horses from the Netherlands and the North Sea. A biometrical analysis of metatarsals, metacarpals and phalanges of Equus from the Late Pleistocene and Holocene of the Netherlands and the North Sea is presented. It is concluded that the Pleistocene material from the Brown Bank contains two, possibly three species. The Pleistocene material of Heerewaarden contains two species. It is, however, not possible to determine which species these are.
