The penis of rhinoceroses possesses extruding corpora cavernosa, that, in the case Dicerorhinus sumatrensis, resemble a transverse bar. Male Dayaks from Borneo (Indonesia) had the habit of penetrating the glans penis with a traverse ”stick” made of various materials. The two phenomena are supposed to be interrelated, Dayak males imitating the penile morphology of the rhinoceros.
