It is the authors opinion, based on research of herbariumsheets and data in literature, that Euphorbia lathyrus L. may not belong to the Netherlands flora in the sense of the criteria by VAN DER MAAREL (1971), drafted and established by the Floristic Council (MENNEMA, 1975).
