Broedende Boomvalken Falco subbuteo in Haagse woonwijk

A Hobby pair successfully raised two chicks in an urban environment, next to a school and amidst a residential area. The chicks fledged about 17 August 2006. They stayed in the area till 28 September (1 juvenile present). In the last two weeks, they were still being fed, and involved in chasing corvids (or vice versa), catching flying insects or chasing a prey-carrying parent.
