Nogmaals wilsterflappen in Drenthe

Hunting plovers, especially Golden Plover, was strictly limited in the 19th and early 20th century in the province of Drenthe. This review reveals the hunting seasons for his species in 1898-1920, and gives information on some licenses that were issued. From these sources, it was impossible to pinpoint the year when commercial hunting ceased.
