Autopsies van Bruinvissen: een netwerk van steunpunten en transport naar Utrecht

In a formal agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, stranded Harbour Porpoises have to be sent to Utrecht University for autopsies. The autopsies will focus on the cause of death and provide important information on physical condition, size, sex and diet of these animals. Beachcombers are asked to report any stranded porpoises they encounter to the national database, to the Dutch Seabird Group and to a representative of the national transportation network.
