Progomphus bellei sp. n. (d holotype, 9 allotype: United States, Florida, Calhoun Co., Juniper Creek at Hwy 20) is described and illustrated. The new species is apparently related to the other North American species of Progomphus, especially P. alachuensis Byers, 1939,
