The new sp. is described, illustrated and compared with the similar H. selysii Fraser. Holotype <3: S Vietnam, Lamdong prov., 15 km from Bao Lok to Ho-chi-minh, 6-V-1997; deposited in Kanagawa Prefectural Museum of Natural History, Odawara, Japan.
