Notulae odonatologicae , Volume 3 - Issue 5 p. 68- 73
Based upon literature records, museum specimens, and field collecting of adults, 39 spp. have been recorded. All of these may maintain breeding populations on the island. However, 6 spp. are represented by single specimens and these might have accidentally flown across Northumberland Strait from the nearby provinces of New Brunswick or Nova Scotia.
