The presence of shell remains of Xeropicta vestalis joppensis in the faeces of a Wild boar is reported from Giv’at Alona, Carmel Mountains, Israel. This confirms a previous record of predation on Helix texta by Wild boars. Therefore the latter may be listed as another natural enemy of landsnails in Israel.
