Description of Africanella n. gen. (Gastropoda: Muricidae: Ocenebrinae) and review of some West African ocenebrine genera

Africanella n. gen. is described. It includes two West African species formerly assigned to Ocenebra Gray, 1847: O. isaacsi Houart, 1984, and O. coseli Houart, 1989. O. isaacsi is made the type of the new genus. The genus Inermicosta Jousseaume, 1880, is reintroduced and a new generic combination is proposed.
