Enkele zoetwatermollusken van Kreta

In october 1997, the author collected five species of freshwater snails on the Greek island of Crete. He wonders why Theodoxus transversalis is always described in literature as a species only living in parts of the Danube river system. He found the species in Lake Kournas on Crete. In 1995, the species was also reported from a small river on Crete.
