This article reports the results of a one-week spider-collecting holiday in 2015 in the southern provinces of the Netherlands. Several interesting species have been collected during this trip, including a first record of Talavera aperta (Miller, 1971) for the Netherlands. Finds of Araneus angulatus Clerck, 1758, A. triguttatus Fabricius 1775, Gibbaranea bituberculata (Walckenaer, 1802), Maso gallicus Simon, 1894, Dipoena melanogaster (C.L.Koch, 1837), Xysticus acerbus Thorell, 1872, Pardosa hortensis (Thorell, 1872), Theridion asopi Vanuytven, 2014 and Monocephalus fuscipes (Blackwall, 1836) are discussed briefly. These and other species records are presented in table form.
