Ten new species of Taraxacum are described: T. alacre, T. atrocephalum, T. graminicolor, T. pinnatifidum. T. purpurisquameum, T. remanentilobum, T. tourmalettense, T. triangularidentatum, T. vauclusense and T. yvelinense. T. pinnatifidum belongs to sect. Alpestria v.S,; the nine other ones belong to sect. Vulgaria Dahlst. T. pseudo-marklundii ' v.S. (sect. Spectabilia Dahlst.), known from northern Spain, is collected in France (Dep. Hautes-Pyrenees).
